3. Lesson and Trial Session Bookings
Trial sessions and lessons are subject to availability.
When requesting or booking a session, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and the student’s relevant lesson preferences.
A booking request does not necessarily guarantee a session until the appointment has been confirmed by GRM Music Studio.
We may contact you using the information provided to confirm, reschedule, or discuss your requested session.
4. Lesson Experience
GRM Music Studio provides individualized music instruction based on each student’s interests, abilities, learning style, pace, and musical goals.
Because every student is different, learning progress and results may vary. We do not guarantee a specific musical, educational, behavioral, developmental, or other outcome from participation in our lessons.
Our music instruction is educational in nature. It is not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or any other professional healthcare service.
5. Inclusive Learning Environment
GRM Music Studio aims to provide a welcoming and supportive learning environment for students with different abilities and learning styles.
Families are encouraged to communicate relevant information about the student’s learning preferences, communication needs, accommodations, or other considerations that may help us provide an appropriate learning experience.
We will make reasonable efforts to adapt instruction to the student’s needs within the scope of our services and available resources.
6. Payments and Fees
Any applicable lesson fees, package prices, deposits, or other charges will be communicated to the customer before payment is required.
